npm版本 3.8.9
之前安装使用命令：
npm install cnpm -g --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org
安装失败。CERT_HAS_EXPIRED 证书过期。
然后搜索之后发现https://registry.npm.taobao.org的仓库地址已经更新为
https://registry.npmmirror.com
然后修改命令安装：
npm install cnpm -g --registry=https://registry.npmmirror.com出现如下的错误。
