关于linux中lspci下pcie设备和该设备所挂的pcie桥的详细信息解析

下面分别是lspcie 桥的详细信息,和该桥下面的pcie设备的信息,问题有4个:

问题一:
DevCap、DevCtl、DevSta是表示这个硬件设备,或者说物理层能支持的maxload及其他信息的描述么?
LnkCap、 LnkCtl、 LnkSta这是表示这个设备的链路层支持的speed等信息的描述么?
问题二:DevCap中MaxPayload 256 bytes;DevCtl中  MaxPayload 256 bytes, MaxReadReq 128 bytes这两者区别是什么?DevSta是不是这个pcie桥下面所挂的设备的一些信息
问题三: LnkCap中 Port #0, Speed 8GT/s, Width x8    这个信息中port0是不是root port;Speed和Width是不是描述的pcie桥链路能达到的Speed和支持的最大Width;
          LnkSta中 Speed 5GT/s, Width x8这个信息是不是表示这个pcie桥下面的pcie设备目前速率是5GT/s,链路是x8的?

问题四:

从pcie桥下面的pcie设备的lspci信息中可以看到该pcie设备支持的maxpload值是512Byte,但是pcie桥支持的maxpload却是256Byte,这样岂不是pcie设备无法发挥最大性能?不晓得这样理解对不对?
