修复关于使用MyEclipse JSP Editor编辑JSP时光标乱跳的问题

方法1：打开window--Preferences--MyEclipse--Files and Editors--HTML--Visual Designer ，把Manually  refresh design view when not synchronized 勾上。
方法2：在 MyEclipse 工具栏中依次选择 Window ---- Preferences ---- MyEclipse
            1) 在 validation 中将 suspend all validation 勾上
            2）Files and Editors ---- JSP ----- 将 validate JSP fragments 去掉勾
方法3：换一个编辑器！
           window-->preferences-->General-->Editors-->File Association-->*.jsp
           然后在对应的 Associated editors: 下选择不带视图的即可！然后点击 default
