maven 一直下载不到包

pom里的parent中有 relativePath 吗？

换一下中央仓库的地址试试，换成阿里的

换华为的maven试试看。

我也遇到了这种情况，换个镜像地址就好了，换的是https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/，比较慢

别用阿里云 用中央库或者jcenter
