POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Position responsible for account planning and opportunity planning for maintaining and growing T&T (Telecom and Technology Solutions) accounts within an assigned account rider in China; Position responsible for the profitable sales of T&T solutions including white label service delivery, help desk, Managed Services, and Cloud Services

• Responsible for maintaining and growing file value and serving as the principal T&T sales representative ensuring the highest level of customer sales execution identified T&T targeted accounts; ensuring account penetration at the senior and executive levels; Secures funding for future initiatives at the executive level

• Role is responsible for customer relationships ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and met driving volume and growth into these user accounts; Articulates solutions in terms of ROI to the client

• Obtains customer or industry information that assists in responding to customer's needs and requirements; Capitalizes on industry knowledge and customer contacts to uncover future business opportunities

• Responds to competitive threats in order to maximize T&T's customer retention rate and market penetration rate; Understands the formal and informal decision making process within each of the accounts; Recognizes the customer's key challenges in their business operations and identifies T&T solutions to meet the customer's area of need; Identifies new opportunities within current accounts, utilizing specialized internal resources, to grow T&T revenue, profitability and overall market share

• Position required to effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques;

• Has primary accountability for ensuring that assigned T&T accounts are being properly serviced by NCR in a manner that reflects NCR's commitment to delivering high quality products and services;

• Regular travel required to assigned customer accounts

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree

5-10 years of related experience with a clear proven background in selling to Telecom and Technology accounts, and with deep relationships with these accounts

Deep Telecom and Technology industry experience and knowledge; Experience in selling Telephony and Cisco hardware and service solutions

Demonstrates High Performing Characteristics; Demonstrated sales success in attaining quota objectives; Demonstrated success in managing large account relationships

Strong communication, creative thinking and presentation skills

Ability to work in a team environment; Ability to work in a virtual environment

High sense of urgency and attention to detail

Active listening skills as well as written and verbal skills; Ability to give and receives feedback to and from the customer, NCR managers, colleagues and sales support groups in a continuous effort to meet the customer's business needs

Ability to effectively respond to customer inquiries, problems and/or other customer communication in a timely respectful and tactful approach

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in selling networking end-to-end service solutions
