postfix 可以限制本地用户调用 sendmail 发邮件吗？

postfix 版本：2.9.3-2~12.04.2
配置了 smarthost
请问有没有办法限制本地用户在 shell 中使用命令调用 sendmail 发邮件，如只有特定的用户才可以发？
