1. 7+ ys experience with minimum 3+ ys experience in SQA domain.
2. Good oral and written English communication skill
3. Be familiar with different quality systems(e.g. CMMI,ISO,6 Sigma, TS)
4. Hold PMP quality certificate preferred
5. Know the basis of CMMI L4 or L5 preferred
6. Leadership experience preferred
Job Title: SQA Manager
1.Work with projects to facilitate and drive quality initiative across the organization.
2. Provide leadership & support to multiple projects to ensure continuous process improvement.
3. Implement quality management system on CMMI Level 5 for the entire organization.
4. Increase customer satisfaction by providing quality consulting service to the various delivery teams.
5. Train and supervise employees in quality management activities.
6. Coordinate and perform internal and external audits.
7. Coordinate, follow up and implement corrective and preventive actions.
8. Communicate customer concerns and requirements to appropriate personnel. Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
9. Track software defects and issues and mentor projects to perform DP, Risk Analysis or SPC analysis as required
10.Follow up with the respective project/delivery managers for appropriate actions.
11. Proactively solve problems, suggest process improvements. Take initiative in identifying and coming out with process improvement proposals.
