我用了这么久的alfersco还没碰到这个问题。
首先你要确定Alfresco是否正常启动，通过查看tomcat的日志，alfresco会在tomcat生成一个 alfresco.log日志文件，看看有没有报错。
是mysql的驱动版本不对,我更换为mysql-connector-java-5.1.13-bin.jar就好使了,原来用的版本低
