Position：Software Engineer - Android RIL（10W+）
1.Debugging of Android RIL/framework for telephony areas;
2.Development of Android RIL for modem new features.

1.1+ years of hands-on RIL/framework software development experience on Android mobile;

1.Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent and 5+ years experience in learning & development and/or organization development, and program management.
2.Reqires 2+ years experience as a Software or Hardware Product Development Engineer, ideally related to networking technology
3.Working knowledge of CDO's operating model, top initiatives and strategies; or able to quickly build this business acumen
4.Ability to perform needs analysis and identify performance/business gaps
