PHlyMail是一个用户界面类似于桌面应用程序的 WebMail系统。支持POP3/IMAP；提供文件夹管理；当使用IMAP时能够跨服务器拷贝和 移动邮件；垃圾邮件过滤；收/发纯文件或HTML格式并且带附件的邮件；支持发送SMS到移动电话；更换界面主题。由于PHlyMail采用模块化设计， 所以很方便添加各种新的功能(如RSS，个人文件存储，书签管理等)。
Changes:
1. This build implements an archive system for email accounts.
2. For IMAP folders it offers to mimic the original folder structure in the archive and/or to partition it by year.
3. The normal delete operation can be overridden by archiving.
4. Calendars and address books can now be emptied before importing new data, which can now be not just a local file but acquired from a URL as well.
5. Many minor bugs have been fixed.
6. A few interfaces were improved
