Changes:
1. The number of SQL statements for some map operations was reduced.
2. Support for JPA @MapKeyEnumerated was added.
3. Support for multiple @MappedSuperclass levels was added.
4. JPQL "NOT IN (subquery)" syntax was fixed.
5. A possible race condition in JDBC statement handling was fixed.
6. Various other fixes and minor improvements were also made
