Changes:
1. This version includes all fixes done since the previous release.
2. Start/end date changes were disabled in the advanced allocation window.
3. Graph dependencies are not travelled in this window yet, so as temporary fix, changing the start date or the end date of a task in this screen will not be allowed.
4. Several fixes were made for the limiting resources planning window.
5. Gantt view dependencies using limiting resources tasks were fixed.
6. The allocation window was improved to avoid misunderstandings when using the interface
